I have an Outlook Quick Step that performs an action on the highlighted email in my Inbox. 1 click of the quick step removes the email from my Inbox, therefore once it's removed the email below it becomes highlighted. This issue is intermittent - sometimes 1 click results in the quick step being performed one time, sometimes 1 click results in the quick step being performed twice (i.e., sometimes 1 click causes 2 emails to be removed from the Inbox - other times 1 click causes 1 email to be removed).
