Currently, I added devices to APM and Enrolled to Intune, I need to sync all users from Azure AD to APM by using SCIM and Enable federation authentication from My domain "xyz.com" to make all users use their Azure credential as an Apple ID and make their Apple ID managed. I have many questions: 1- What is the impact on current Apple IDs that users using? 2- After federation, Users can use the same Azure account " usersname&password" when login to Apple? 3- there are many users now using My domain "xyz.com" as an Apple ID. So, there is no impact for these users, and will continue using this account? 4- I created the MDM push certificate by using an Apple ID with my domain which will be federated "xyz.com" So, I'll have to change this Apple ID and the certificate will be deprecated?! When you add a verified domain to APM and enable federation authentication, it will not impact the current Apple IDs that users are using. Users will still be able to use their existing Apple IDs to access Apple services. After federation, users will be able to use their Azure account username and password to log in to Apple services. Users who are currently using your domain "xyz.com" as an Apple ID will continue to use this account. There will be no impact on their ability to access Apple services. If you created the MDM push certificate using an Apple ID with your domain "xyz.com", you will need to create a new certificate using a different Apple ID after federation. The old certificate will be deprecated and will no longer be valid.
